Health Card

This allows you to configure what sections you want printed on your health card report. This setting is specific to the computer and will apply to all files that you open on this computer.

Owner Information	Name, Address, Home & Work Phones
Vaccinations	Vaccinations Table, Treatment
Examinations	Examinations Table, Heartworm Prevention, Examination Comments
Miscellaneous	Medical Notes, Allergies, Temporary Medication Condition & Medication, Chronic Medical Condition & Medication
Expenses	Expenses Table
Adoption Profile	Adoption profile and summary

 

Don't forget to press "Ok" or "Apply" to save your settings. Press "Cancel" to discard.
